Got hands-on experience with AI tools and a knack for explaining what actually works? The Tool Jury is looking for contributors who can write for us about AI Tools and help our readers cut through the marketing hype and make smarter decisions about the AI software they use every day.
We’re a review and comparison site covering the fast-moving world of AI tools — from writing assistants to no-code builders. If you’ve tested AI tools deeply enough to have real opinions about them, we’d love to hear your pitch.
What We’re Looking For
We publish across these categories, and we’re happy to receive pitches for any of them:
- Reviews – In-depth, hands-on reviews of a single AI tool: what it does well, where it falls short, and who it’s actually worth it for.
- Comparison – Head-to-head breakdowns of two (or more) competing tools, helping readers decide which one fits their needs.
- Alternative – “Best alternatives to [Tool]” roundups for popular AI tools people are looking to switch away from.
- Guide & Tutorial – Step-by-step walkthroughs and use-case guides that help readers actually get value out of a tool.
- For Creators – AI tools and workflows built specifically for content creators, YouTubers, bloggers, and social media managers.
- By Profession – Curated tool recommendations for specific professions or industries (marketers, developers, teachers, real estate agents, etc.).
- Deals & Coupons – Genuine, currently active deals or discounts on AI tools. This category is mostly managed in-house, but we’re open to tips on verified deals.
Content Guidelines
- Length: 1,200–2,000 words per article.
- 100% original: Written exclusively for TheToolJury and never published anywhere else, before or after.
- 100% human-written: We don’t accept AI-generated or AI-assisted drafts. Submissions should reflect your own research, testing, and writing, and we check for originality and AI-generated content before publishing.
- Well-researched and honest: Back up claims with real usage, screenshots, or specific details. We’d rather publish a balanced, slightly critical review than generic praise.
- Clear structure: Descriptive subheadings, short paragraphs, and bullet points where they aid readability.
What We Don’t Accept
- AI-generated or AI-assisted articles
- Previously published or duplicate content
- Purely promotional pieces written on behalf of a tool or brand without independent assessment
- Articles unrelated to AI tools or software
- Your own affiliate, referral, or tracking links anywhere in the article (see policy below)
Affiliate Link Policy
The Tool Jury runs on affiliate partnerships, so we keep this policy strict: contributors may not include their own affiliate or referral links anywhere in the submitted content. Our editorial team will add relevant affiliate links to the tools you mention, where applicable.
What You Get
In exchange for your contribution, you’ll receive one credited backlink to your website in your author bio. We don’t offer paid placements for guest contributions at this time.
